3)Q: How long is your products quality warranty?

   A: We can provide replacements for all the defects.
 

4)Q: How does your QC work?

   A:we made inspection and issue report before shipment.The products will need rewoking in workshop if inspection fails.

5)Q: What payment method do you accept?

   A: T/T, L/C, Western Union, paypal, Credit Card etc.

6)Q: What about the lead time ?

   A:  It depends on the order quantity and the season you place order. Regular is 30 days, the soonest can be shorter like 10-15 days.

7)Q: Where is your company located? how can i visit there? 

   A:  Our company is located in Ningbo, Zhejiang,China. It take 2 hours driving away from Shanghai.we can arrange pick up if you arrive Ningbo.
